Kelly received her undergraduate degree in accounting and business administration from Northwestern College and her International MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands. She entered the family office industry after several years of working for a mid-size CPA firm in Denver. She’s been providing family office services for Colorado and Wyoming families since 2006. Her experience includes high-net worth families, multi-generational wealth, family-0wned businesses, facilitating family meetings, and coordinating the variety of family advisors. Starting Confluence Family Office in 2008, she also provides outsourced bookkeeping and Human Resource services for small businesses within the Rocky Mountain Region.

She is passionate about providing services that become solutions. Kelly realizes the unique role she plays in families and in small businesses and strives to make asset management less stressful and easier to understand.

Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Colorado, and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and Colorado Society of CPA’s. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Credit Union of the Rockies, the Board of Extreme Community Makeover, and on the finance team of her church.
